Tour plan
Morning:
Morning: Early morning Begin your epic ride early in the morning, accompanied by an English-speaking guide.
Scenic Ride: Travel through beautiful landscapes, including African bushland with dried-up river beds, baobab and acacia trees, and sugar cane plantations.
Arrival in the Village:
Respectful Interaction: Remember to be a respectful guest and don’t take pictures of the villagers without asking.
Mingle with the Maasai: You will have a chance to interact with the Maasai and chat with them. Your English-speaking guide will assist with translation into Kimaasai.
Cultural Walk: Walk through the village with your guide to learn more about Maasai culture, including traditional medicine and tasting local Maasai tea. Visit a Maasai home.
Afternoon:
Continue to Hot Springs: Leave the village and continue to the hot springs near Rundugai.
Hot Springs Experience: Enjoy the beautiful hot springs, surrounded by fig and palm trees and winding roots. The crystal clear, turquoise waters invite you for a refreshing swim. Despite the name, the water is refreshing as it comes from Kilimanjaro Mountain.
Lunch and Relaxation:
Lunch: After your swim, enjoy lunch by the hot springs.
Return to Moshi:
Once you have relaxed fully, return to Moshi in the late afternoon.
