Day 1: Zanzibar to Northern Serengeti
Today, you’ll embark on a journey from Zanzibar Airport to Serengeti National Park via flight. Upon arrival, engage in a thrilling game drive towards the northern region, where the mesmerizing migration spectacle often unfolds near the Mara River. Keep a keen eye out for animals crossing the river! An afternoon game drive is also scheduled, followed by a return to Kenzan Mara Tented Lodge for dinner and overnight accommodation.

Day 2: Central Serengeti National Park
Today’s focus is on the Northern Serengeti and its awe-inspiring migration crossing! Prepare for a full-day game drive as we aim to witness this remarkable spectacle. Following an exciting day of safari adventures, did you know that Serengeti National Park is home to approximately 3 million large animals? Many of them partake in the incredible seasonal migration, akin to nature’s grand showcase. Spanning a vast area of 14,763 square kilometers, Serengeti translates to “endless plains” in the Maasai language, reflecting the park’s expansive landscape. Truly remarkable, isn’t it?

Day 3: Central Serengeti to Zanzibar
After your morning adventure in Serengeti, we’ll arrange transportation to Kogatende Airstrip for your flight back to Zanzibar.
Fun fact: Just an hour’s drive from Seronera, you’ll find some fascinating lion groups. During the dry season, these lion gangs tend to roam and converge in the central area of the park, offering an excellent opportunity for sightings. Additionally, central Serengeti is renowned as a hotspot for spotting elusive leopards.
Keep a sharp lookout, as you might spot these majestic cats lounging in the branches of sausage trees along the Seronera River.
